You can ask us to delete your NUR account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address on your NUR account, with the subject line "Delete my account":
Or email support@nurcompanion.com directly. We verify the request against your account email before deleting.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials (email, name).
- Your profile and app data — including prayer logs, lesson and journey progress, saved notes and bookmarks.
- Your history with the in-app AI assistant.
What we may keep, and for how long

Location is never stored on our servers — it is used only on your device for prayer times and the Qibla, so there is nothing to delete.
After deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To use NUR again afterwards, you'll need to create a new account.
